A message to you

We know you are excited to get your Mobility Delivery order, we are too! That is why we do our best to ensure the delivery is done as quick as possible to ensure you get your items fast.

 

 When will my products be shipped?

We ship all in-stock products within 5 business days (usually 2 package pickups a week, sometimes more). To avoid that delay choose the priority processing option during checkout so we know you need your order asap. There may be occasional small delays if we’re handling large amounts of orders or large items. But rest assured, we promise to do everything in our power to get your products to you on time and exceed your expectations. 

How are my products being shipped?

Shipping is FREE! (AUS shipping addresses only). We ship all small in stock orders via Australia Post or Aramex Australia (usually between 4-14 days depending on your location) from our warehouse in Sydney. Large orders require couriers and can be FAST. For remote areas and low stock items we use select suppliers to get your order to you as soon as possible. Note these are general shipping timelines. Don't be surprised if you receive your order overnight, as the sooner we can get it to you the happier we are too!

We are not responsible for packages that show as delivered that are left outside your door, with a concierge or neighbour, or any other receiving party. We are also not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses, so please be sure to check your shipping address before submitting your order.

International Orders

We can ship outside Australia when purchases are made online. International shipping varies depending on what you order and where you are located. International orders are charged a base rate. If shipping exceeds the base rate significantly we will amend your order with the best rate available to us. Please allow 7 – 14 business days for in stock international orders, barring any unforeseen customs delays out of our control. Unfortunately we cannot ship Everywhere so if we cannot mange to find a service to deliver your order you will be refunded. We cannot be held responsible for any customs delays or charges. Shipping Confirmation

We’ll send you an order confirmation email once your order and payment has been received. We’ll then send you a second email confirming completion and shipment of your order along with tracking information if available. If, for some reason, you have a problem receiving these emails, please contact us at contactus@mobilitydelivery.com.au.
