Mobility Delivery Giveaways — Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all Mobility Delivery giveaway promotions (each a "promotion"). The prize, prize value, entry packs and promotion period for each promotion are displayed on the giveaway page at mobilitydelivery.com.au ("the giveaway page") and form part of these terms for that promotion.

1. Promoter. Mobility Delivery, 24 Church St, Paddington NSW 2021 ("the Promoter"), operator of mobilitydelivery.com.au.

2. Eligibility. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over, excluding residents of the Australian Capital Territory and excluding employees of the Promoter and their immediate families. Entry is subject to all applicable state and territory laws and is void where prohibited. Where the value of a prize requires a permit or authority in any state or territory, the promotion will be conducted in accordance with that requirement and any permit details will be shown on the giveaway page.

3. Promotion period. Each promotion opens and closes at the times displayed on the giveaway page. A promotion closes at the displayed closing time, or earlier if all available entries are allocated ("the Closing Date").

4. Entry packs. During the promotion period, customers may purchase the entry packs displayed on the giveaway page. Each pack consists of a Mobility Delivery store voucher equal to the purchase price. Entries into the draw are provided as a complimentary bonus with each pack, in the quantities displayed on the giveaway page at the time of purchase. Limit of one (1) entry pack per order.

5. Entries with purchase. Entries are issued only for entry packs purchased through the giveaway page during the relevant promotion period. Entries are not issued for the purchase of any other product, and are not issued retrospectively for orders placed before the promotion period or otherwise outside the promotion.

6. Free entry. No purchase is necessary to enter. To receive one (1) free entry into the draw for a current promotion, post a hand-written or printed entry including your full name, residential address, daytime phone number, email address and the name of the promotion to: Giveaway Free Entry, Mobility Delivery, 24 Church St, Paddington NSW 2021. Free entries must be received by the Closing Date of the relevant promotion. Limit of one free entry per person per draw. All entries, whether received with an entry pack or by free entry, have an equal chance of winning.

7. Store vouchers. Voucher codes are issued automatically by email after checkout, are redeemable on any product at mobilitydelivery.com.au, and remain valid for a minimum of three (3) years from the date of issue in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.

8. The prize. The prize for each promotion, including its description and recommended retail value, is displayed on the giveaway page. Unless stated otherwise on the giveaway page, there is one (1) prize per draw, delivery within Australia is included, and the prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable regulatory requirements.

9. The draw. The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries after the Closing Date. The result will be announced on the Promoter's Facebook page and on the giveaway page. The winner will also be contacted by phone and email using the details provided at entry.

10. Unclaimed prize. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 28 days of the draw, the Promoter may conduct a redraw from the remaining valid entries, subject to any applicable regulatory requirements, and will announce any redraw result in the same manner as the original draw.

11. Privacy. Entrant details are collected for the purpose of administering promotions, issuing vouchers and entries, and contacting winners. A winner's first name, suburb and winning entry number may be published as described in clause 9. Personal information is handled in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy.

12. General. The Promoter's decisions in connection with a promotion are final, subject to applicable law. The Promoter is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected postal entries. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantees or rights under the Australian Consumer Law which cannot lawfully be excluded.
